Eftersom vi inte har tillgang till det svenska alfabetet kommer det har inlagget skrivas pa engelska.

Fuerteventura Day 3:

Today we have walked from Melia Gorriones to Costa Calma along the waterline. It was a truly beautiful experience seeing the contrast between the fertile moist shoreline and the dark and arid desert landscape lying just a hundred meters in land.

We stopped at a small snackbar for an "Agua con gas" and then we went home. We had both forgotten to put on sunblock and since the sun started to shine through the clouds we decided it was best to return to the hotel.
When we got "home" we swam in the pool and relaxed in the shade with books and crosswords puzzles. We had a beautiful day - until a bird took a dump on A. That was....interesting. I still feel the need to giggle...

After the bird we lost interest in the pool area and went up to our room to see if the toilet had been fixed. (Someone had taken a dump there too - quite a large one. Too large for a spanish toilet it seemed...). Since it hadn`t we decided to take a walk.

We marched/climbed/jogged up a mountain (Yes, our legs ache right now...) and the view from above was spectacular. I can`t wait to get home and print the photos we took from there.

Ok....time for food.
